To coincide with the 2026 French Elite Championships, a public cycling event is being organized on Saturday, June 27th in the Vals du Dauphiné region. Come and test yourself on the South circuit, the most challenging route offered for this event!

Start: Les Abrets en Dauphiné.
Finish: French National Championships finish line in La Tour du Pin.

After starting in Les Abrets en Dauphiné, you'll tackle the short but steep climbs of the Vals du Dauphiné over 116 km. Just a few kilometers after the start, the Côte de Saint-Ondras will loom before you, followed by the formidable Mur de Blandin with a maximum gradient of nearly 20%, then the Côte de Haut-Biol, the Côte de Doissin, the Côte de Montagnieu, the Côte de Saint Jean de Soudain, and finally the legendary climb of Béjui, finishing in La Tour du Pin after 1843m of elevation gain.

On Saturday, June 27th, the start of the Southern circuit will be at 7:30 am. Then, 9am will be the cut-off time at the BELMONT aid station, 10:30am at the DOLOMIEU aid station and 12:10pm at the LA CHAPELLE DE LA TOUR aid station for a cut-off time at the finish of 12:30pm.
