Our commitments for the environment
Our Tourist Office has adopted good gestures for the planet and the local economy:
- Regulate our CO2 emissions: we opt for a rational use of heating and air conditioning and we prioritize carpooling for our trips.
- Promote alternatives to cars and a careful behavior outside: we help our partners get the Accueil Vélo certification, and we actively promote cycling, walking and public transportation. We also value our Sensitive Natural Spaces and the good gestures to have when hiking.
- Prioritize digital: our documentation is available for online consultation or download, and we send the monthly animations agenda by mail (French only): ask the Tourist Office advisers!
- Favor short circuits: for our internal purchases and the products of our gift shop, we prioritize local partner artisans – located within 25 km.
- Reduce and recycle: we sort our waste! And you?
- Limit our impressions: we avoid printing unless necessary and have adopted reasonable practices: scratch paper, front/back, black & white… We also adjust the quantities of our editions every year to reduce paper waste.
- Encourage our partners to adopt good practices: we are a communication relay for tourism professionals.
