Since 1872, the Bigallet familly pepertues the art of syrup and liquors making, with fruits and plants, using the same process. The visit allows to share with you our passion through the discovery of the workshop.

on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8 am and 12 pm and between 1.30 pm and 5.45 pm. On Friday between 8 am and 11.45 am.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
Monday to Thursday 8 am-12 pm / 1:30 pm-5:45 pm; Friday 8:00-11:45 am.
